Brazil - Ilha Grande & Paraty
Walking to the ferry dock in Angra dos Reis:
Ilha Grande is lush green, with hidden, undeveloped beaches - your typical island paradise. Every morning, we walked down to the dock and took a ferry to different beaches on the island:Ferry ride:
We hiked to this waterfall:
The whole island did not have electricity the first night we were there. The hotel gave us couple candles:
We also visited Paraty, an old Portuguese colonial town. The historical center is well-preserved and closed to vehicles:

No bikini a la 'brazilian' for Jeeheon? :)
Seems to be a lot of interest in your speedo, Bill...Lil, Heather, Brooklyn, Donnie.
No, wait, not me - I voted no!!
Forgot to mention, I have a couple extra tickets to the Seahawks preseason game next week, c'mon up!
is it me, or is bill a momjjang now?
great work guys!!
Michael - thanks! Now I categorize all our trip experience into ´blog-worthy´ and ´blog-unworthy.´ Sad, really...
Lil, Heather, Brooklyn, Donnie - please see next post. I am very proud of him.
Woni - Unless one is 6 ft tall and in her early 20´s (thus gravity-defying), the thong bikini does not seem to be very flattering...
Nana - Momjjang may be pushing it...
Excellent post !
